20 Years and Beyond!

Our Scholarship Program exists to remove financial barriers that keep kids from discovering the joy of sport. At AKA SPORT, we believe that every child deserves the chance to play, learn, and grow—regardless of financial or societal barriers. Through community partnerships and generous donors, we’re building pathways for families in need to access quality programming year-round.

Our approach centers on Multi-Sport, Multi-Activity Variety, giving kids balanced opportunities to develop life skills, explore new interests, and find what truly inspires them. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, nearly 70% of kids stop playing sports by age 13—most often due to cost or lack of access. Our mission is to change that story by providing scholarships of all sizes, ensuring every child in our communities has the chance to move, play, and belong.

This year we are focused on supporting our offsite After School programs, the AKA Scholarship Fund, and putting on Free Community Events! We strive to meet the constantly evolving needs of our students within our community. With your support, AKA SPORT will be able to provide a fun, safe and active programs for all kids and will also keep them on track academically.

AKA Scholarships

AKA SPORT is able to offer a limited number of scholarships to our All Sport Summer Camp thanks to generous individual donors and sponsors. We also host and participate in events throughout the year to raise funds for families who may not otherwise be able to participate in summer sport programs.
